New newsletter format: Workout of the Week (only) for February 28, 2010!
We are changing the format of our newsletters. We are going to continue offering Workouts of the Week (WoW), but in an easier and quicker format. We are still looking for you to email us with the times or scores from your own WoW attempts. We'd like to know how close you come to Bill's and Rich's performance! We are also going to continue offering pertinent health and fitness information, but on a monthly basis. Please give us your feedback about the WoWs, or anything else!
